Youth Camps

We break down financial barriers by offering 100% free camps to underprivileged youth. These camps ensure that every child has an equal opportunity to develop their skills, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Nutrition

Mental Health

Our Board of
Directors
Jay Henderson
Jay Henderson is the Founder and President of Flow Shooting Academy, a nationally recognized basketball development organization dedicated to empowering youth on and off the court. Jay combines elite-level playing experience with visionary leadership to create impactful, access-driven programming for underserved communities.
A current professional basketball player, Jay has competed at the highest levels of the game, including the NBA G League with organizations affiliated with the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder, as well as professionally overseas in Finland. He played collegiately at the University of Louisville and attended Lake Highland Preparatory School for high school in Orlando, Florida.
Under Jay’s leadership, Flow Shooting Academy delivers high-level basketball skill development while integrating education in mental health, nutrition, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. His vision extends beyond athletics—using basketball as a vehicle to develop confident, disciplined, and purpose-driven young people.
Jay is deeply committed to community impact, organizing free camps, clinics, and outreach initiatives that remove financial barriers for families and create safe, positive spaces for youth development. His work through HONOW Corp, the nonprofit organization supporting Flow Shooting Academy’s mission, reflects a long-term commitment to equity, sustainability, and transformational youth development.
As a leader and board member, Jay brings strategic vision, firsthand athlete experience, and a passion for service. He continues to expand Flow Shooting Academy through innovative partnerships, international programming, and scalable initiatives designed to create lasting community impact.
Brett Husak
Brett Husak is an entrepreneur and investor based in Massachusetts. He runs the investment strategy for Eastham Holdings and is the founder of PayBlox.com, CEO of Flow Payments and ProMerchant, and the owner of Cape Cod ATM. Brett is passionate about mentorship, youth development, and giving back to the community, and is proud to support the mission of Flow Shooting Academy, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and life skills on and off the court.
Quez Henderson
Quez Henderson is the co-founder of flow shooting academy. He is a current professional basketball player with stints in Norway and Finland. He played collegiately at the division one level at Indiana university, where he also graduated with a degree in management and human organization. His high school career was completed at The Geneva school in Orlando, Florida.
